First visit

What the first visit looks like

The method comes from what the examination shows, not from a fixed menu. You leave with an explanation and a plan.

  1. The conversation

A detailed interview and analysis of the complaint — what hurts, since when, and in which situations.

  2. The examination

Functional diagnostics and movement testing. We look at movement patterns, not only at where it hurts.

  3. The explanation

We go through the findings and the mechanism behind them — where the pain actually comes from.

  4. Treatment and re-assessment

Treatment starts during the first visit, and we check the effect before you leave.

  5. A plan on the way out

Exercises for home or for training, and an agreed plan for the treatment ahead.

Denis Rabada

MSc in physiotherapy · owner · certified personal trainer

A graduate of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Kraków and a candidate for Master of Sport in swimming. He does not treat the painful spot in isolation — he reads movement patterns and the relationships between body systems to find the actual cause. Physiotherapy is combined with medical training, so treatment in the room ends with a plan for the rest of your week.

FAQ

Common questions

Did not find your answer? Add the question in the notes when you book.

How do I prepare for the visit?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, and any test results you already have. Nothing else is needed.

Do I need a referral?

No. A visit to a private practice can be booked without one.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the problem and how long it has been there. The plan for further treatment is agreed at the end of the first visit, so you will know once you have been examined.

How do the two practices differ?

Wolska 9 is a practice with room for manual therapy and medical training; Mark works there too. Zabłocie 24 is inside the XXS Gym, so therapy runs straight on into training. Each practice has its own booking calendar.

How do I cancel or move an appointment?

You manage the appointment in Booksy — the booking confirmation contains a link to change or cancel it.

Does the treatment hurt?

Some techniques can be felt, but the intensity is matched to you. Say when it is too much — that is information for the therapist, not an obstacle.
